Drama and music are integral parts of the PLS Citizenship Program. First and foremost, drama and music further enhance the monthly themes in the elementary school -- in each class and at all-school assemblies.  Each month, the music teacher finds a song that reinforces the theme and all of the elementary students learn the song in music class.  Similarly, the classroom teachers use creative drama to reinforce themes in class.  Songs and skits are also used at the monthly citizenship assemblies with all students present.

The initial challenge in the area of music and drama is finding the right song or skit for specific themes.  Please feel free to contact the music or classroom teachers at PLS for further resources and themes.
