PC Platform.

1. Click Start Button and chose Settings / Control Panel
2. Click on System shortcut in Control Panel Window. The "System Properties" window will appear. 
3. Click on General.

 

MAC Platform.

1. Click on Multicolored Apple Icon on the top left corner of your monitor
2. Click on About This Computer.
3. "About This Computer" window with information about the computer will appear. As on example image below Mac OS 8.6 was installed on the computer.
