Flickering Picture

Problem: Sometimes, when I watch an INTIME video, the picture in the viewing area appears to flicker, but the sound is fine.

Platform: PC

Solution 

We're not quite sure. We've experienced the same problem once or twice and solved it by shutting down all applications, the computer itself, and rebooting. Then everything was fine.
