Solution

Step 1. Check hardware minimum requirements
Step 2. Check what version of RealPlayer you have

If the version is less than version 8, then:

1. Uninstall all the previous versions.
2. Download RealPlayer 8 or higher.
3. Install RealPlayer 8 or higher.
4. Restart the computer.

If RealPlayer is not installed:

1. Download RealPlayer 8 or higher.
2. Install RealPlayer 8 or higher.
3. Restart the computer.
