No Sound


Problem
: I am able to watch INTIME video but without sound

Platform: MAC

Solution 1

Step 1. Change the volume setting of the RealPlayer using the volume button in the lower-left corner
            of the video screen. Try to play the video again.

Step 2. If this doesn't solve the problem, change the volume setting:

  • Click on the Apple menu in the upper left corner of your Macintosh's screen. 
  • Go to the Control Panels folder.
  • Select the Sound control panel.
  • Adjust volume level or make sure that Mute checkbox is not selected.

Step 3. Try to play the video again.
