Video Frozen

Problem
: When I am playing an INTIME video, my computer freezes.

Platform: PC

Solution

Step 1. Make sure that your computer satisfies INTIME minimum system requirements. First of all, make sure that at least 8.0 version of RealPlayer Basic is installed on your computer. Install RealPlayer 8.0 if it wasn't installed before ( you will find instructions here). Try to play the video again.

Step 2. If this doesn't solve the problem, check the connection speed that RealPlayer is configured for. Run RealPlayer, open Options->Preferences, and select the Connection tab. Make sure Normal Bandwidth is set to the speed at which you usually connect to the Internet and that Maximum Bandwidth is set to the maximum speed at which you can connect to the Internet.  Try to play the video again.

Step 3.  If this doesn't solve the problem, check the buffer length in RealPlayer. Run RealPlayer, open Options->Preferences, and select the Connection tab. Choose the Buffer at least option and enter an appropriate number. We recommend 30 seconds. Try to play the video again.
