Platform: MAC Solution Step 1. Make sure that your computer satisfies INTIME minimum system requirements. First of all, make sure that at least an 8.0 version of RealPlayer Basic is installed on your computer. Install RealPlayer 8.0 if it wasn't installed before (you will find instructions here). Try to play video again. Step 2. If this doesn't solve the problem, it may be helpful to increase the amount of virtual memory your Macintosh is using. This is especially true if your Macintosh runs well at other times but tends to "lock up" or stop responding when you try to play INTIME videos. Click here for instructions on finding out how much built-in memory your Macintosh has and how to increase it. Step 3. If this doesn't solve the problem, check the buffer length in RealPlayer. Run RealPlayer, open Options->Preferences, and select the Connection tab. Choose the Buffer at least option and enter an appropriate number. We recommend 30 seconds. Try to play the video again.
